1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms during registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

We may remove or restrict User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, our community rules, or applicable law. We are not obligated to monitor all User Content but may do so at our discretion.

6. Community Standards

When you use community features, you also agree to our Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension, as described in those guidelines and these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our branding, layout, editorial content, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, contact us with sufficient detail to evaluate your notice.

8. Third-Party Content

The Services may include links to third-party websites, embeds, stores, or social platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Newsletters & Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to marketing, you consent to receive messages at the email address you provide. You may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Service-related notices (for example security or account updates) may still be sent when necessary.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that news, guides, or community posts are complete, accurate, or up to date. Game information may change after publication.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAGON FORGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragon Forge and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dragon Forge operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in a region with mandatory local protections, those protections remain available to you.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
